Richard J. Dunn is a Certified Public Accountant, with experience since 1994
preparing U.S. tax returns for U.S. citizens living abroad and Green Card holders.
He has extensive experience with tax issues related to living
overseas, as he has lived in Europe since 1988. He would be more than

Mr. Dunn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(AICPA). He
is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the Association
of
Investment Management and Research (AIMR).
Mr. Dunn acquired an MBA from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland and received a
BBA from
Siena College in New York State
